My approach to real estate

I began my career working in the tourism industry, which allowed me to develop the customer service skills that are essential to being a successful, full-time REALTOR®. I enjoy the process of looking for a home or marketing one to sell. I think my clients appreciate the extra care and attention they receive. Since becoming a REALTOR®, at the top of my class in 2010, I have received the Royal LePage Platinum and Diamond awards which are awarded to the top 3% of agents.

Keys to my success

I attribute my success to good communication skills, market insight and experience, and access to overseas buyers in Asia. I have a Bachelor of English degree and graduated from the UBC Sauder School of Business course in trading real property. I am also bilingual, fluent in both Madarin and English, which makes it straightforward to work with buyers from China who are interested in investing on Vancouver Island.
